Lowes - Unbelievably *** Service

Lowes committed to deliver ordered sheetrock and float. Confirmed on scheduled day when delivery would occur. Delivery never occurred. No communication from Lowes. Unable to get remodeling project completed. Called Lowes CS to find out why and rescheduled for another day/time. Rescheduled day/time came and went, no delivery, no communication. Unable to get remodeling project completed. Called CS, I was told Lowes arbitrarily changed delivery date/time without confirming with change with me. CS was unable to get delivery done on day originally scheduled. So, requested refund of order and cancel delivery.

User's recommendation: Don't buy anything from Lowes, and especially don't have them deliver anything-- they do not care about customer service.
