ATT - Constant Inquiries on Credit Report

Hello,

My name is Tyler Smith and I have been a victim of AT&T over and over again. Someone has been signing up for phones, TV and so on in my name for the past two years from Texas and it is coming to the point where I do not no what else to do.

Is it possible to ban my name or SSN number from AT&T? I will never own an AT&T plan, TV, Internet or anything ever due to my business paying for all of our plans through Verizon. I have disputed these claims constantly and locked my credit file and froze my credit report yet they are still getting through AT&T with no problem.

I am at my end with this and my look into legal action after this because I am so frustrated. Please let me know if I can do anything to stop AT&T from losing money and banning my name from ever getting a phone, TV, Internet and so on.
