Dj Pain 1 - Fake Scammer Producer Stole $3,000 From Us

Where do we even begin with this scammer? We run an independent label out of Phoenix, AZ. A few months ago we were spammed by this guy over a dozen times in our Gmail account. He was trying to sell his "beats" and would send out somewhere around 1,000 spam emails to gullible, unsuspecting unsigned rappers all over the world. This guy claimed he was some big time producer who had produced for 50 Cent, Jeezy, Yo Gotti, and even Public Enemy(LOL!). We took him at his word and decided that our label would try out a few of his beats since we thought someone who had worked with all these big artists would be legit and talented and could only help with promoting. BIG MISTAKE. After we released the songs we had the real producers contacting us asking where and who we had bought these beats from. Turns out this scammer DJ Pain had downloaded and stolen thousands of beats off the internet from other producers and then re-sold them to other rappers claiming they were his! We bought 3 beats from this guy for a total of around $400. Yea we was a little suspicious that a guy who was supposedly some big-time producer would be selling his beats for so cheap. But we thought we were getting a good deal so we just ignored the red flags. He sent us an invoice and we paid using our credit card. Fast forward to 30 days later and we got our credit card statement. THIS GUY STOLE OUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND CHARGED OVER $3,000 ON OUR CARD FOR THINGS LIKE *** MEMBERSHIPS, SHOES, CLOTHES, AND RESTAURANTS!!!! We proceeded to contact the credit card company and dispute the charges. At first, we did not know who had made these charges. We thought maybe we were just the victims of some random identity theft/credit card fraud. After Mastercard ran an investigation on the claims they contacted us and told us the charges were made in Madison, Wisconsin. What do ya know? This guy lives in Madison, Wisconsin! We attempted to confront him about stealing our credit card and these charges via phone, social media, email, etc. He blocked all of our phone numbers and blocked us on all of our social media accounts. After handing over all the information to our attorneys so we could potentially file a lawsuit, our attorneys then contacted us after they did some digging and they told us he had never even been a producer in the music industry. All of these songs and artists that he claimed to have produced were all phony!!! He has never worked with any of those artists we found out. We were completely lied to and scammed. We were extremely stupid, innocent, and brand new to the music business but we never thought this would happen to us. This guy pays for articles to be written about him. He even wrote and submitted his own Wikipedia page. Yes, that is filled with all lies too. There is nothing legit or real about this dirty lying scammer. ALL ARTISTS AND PRODUCERS PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PHONY FRAUD SCAMMER! HE WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE TO GET YOUR MONEY AND THEN STEAL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO BUY THINGS.

Hairgenegawd - Scammers Sold Me A Wig That Had Lice!

I never post on sites like these but after what happened to me I just had to file a report and say something. My nightmare started 2 months ago when these people contacted me on Instagram about buying their wigs. Since I was actually looking to buy some new wigs for myself and my sister I figured I would take them up on their offer to come see them in person since I lived in the same city. BIG MISTAKE!!! When I got to their "salon" it was nothing more than someone's nasty basement in their mom's house. I tried to ignore the foul stench and dirty stairs as we went down to their "store". Almost immediately they began to pressure us into buying their wigs by stating they had "spent a lot of time fixing up the salon and pulling out all the best wigs just for you". Almost right away I could tell that these wigs were not high quality and most likely had been used and worn already. They claimed they paid thousands to have the best hair imported from India. I looked at one of the wigs and realized there was still a price tag from another store on it. The price tag said $199. Now they were telling me that their wigs started at $799. (They buy wigs from consignment stores and re-sell them at a marked up value of 300%) THEY. WOULD. NOT. LET. US. GO. We attempted to be polite and leave several times as the price and the quality were not what we were looking for. However, they insisted we try on a few wigs to see how great we would look. My sister and I both tried on 3 different wigs and then stated that we would be in touch soon about possibly coming back to buy one in hopes of getting out there. 1 week later both of us were scratching our heads viciously. It got worse. Made an appointment with the doctor and was diagnosed with a SEVERE case of head lice that came directly from those cheap, used wigs we tried on. I am here to warn anyone and everyone from ever having to deal with these scamming, disgusting people. Don't even think about buying anything from these people. I beg you!
