Resolved: Aspen Dental - Urgent need for records and office staff has done nothing for 3 weeks

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. I continued emailing and outlining the urgency.

They finally sent the images (though they were too small for the Dr. to assess--hopefully they'll send the original images soon)..

After filling out a release form and speaking with the Spring Hill, TN Aspen Dental office--Mercedes on multiple occasions and Lee on Monday Sept 20 at 1:39pm Central Time and being told my records would finally be sent by her immediately after our call, my new dentist office has still not received my records. My appointment with the new dentist is tomorrow (Sept 27), and I was on their waitlist for 3 months. Please send my xrays and all other records directly to me at [redacted] immediately. User's recommendation: Do not believe anyone that they are sending anything. Have them send the email (and copy you on the email) while you are on the phone with them.
