I received a upper smile transitions snap on from my dentist after extractions and bone grafting while healing. I received it Aug. 30th and it is already stained and perforated. The teeth are to big and fit way up on my gum line under my nose. I contacted the dentist office and was told there is no warranty but the brochures says there is a 1 year warranty. I have to wear this for at least 8 months and it slips and is very uncomfortable.

User's recommendation: Don’t waste your $$$.
