Charge and cancel order twice, then at store give verification questions that have nothing to do with me and want me to fork over upwards of $600 to get out the door for a phone. Credit in mid 600s, no way in *** it should be that much. But you aren't in any hurry to refund the $101.50 you charged me for the TWO online orders you charged and then canceled because you couldn't verify it was actually me, though there was never another step to verify it WAS me. And to top it all off i had to talk to EIGHT different people to get nothing accomplished. Horrible customer service.

User's recommendation: Go to Verizon.
