Fashionmia - Absolute nightmare. Do not EVER shop with them.

Had so many problems. Said item was in stock when I ordered it, then took months of emails to get them to tell me it was out of stock. Asked for a refund but didn't receive it. Waited some more for them to finally say that I could have store credit. So I ordered something that was worth less than the original item anyway. That took ages to come too. The other thing I originally ordered was poor quality and very expensive, even would have been poor quality if it had been cheap. Quite possibly the worst shopping experience I have ever had.

So all that happened about a year ago and my last email to them was last summer when everything was cleared up, although I was still unsatisfied. P.S. no contact number to phone and the 'service' email was very rude and unhelpful.

Anyway, NOW I have received an email from the *** 'chinese government'? today saying:

'...concerning your order with fashionmia... we found out that during your check out you have not selected any order insurance. You need to use the link below now to fix your order insurance immediately which is $2.00.' And that I now owe them money? What the ACTUAL {{redacted}}.

I forwarded it to the 'service' email address along with a message asking them why I had received this email and to investigate. They emailed back and said 'please pay your order insurance'?! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE *** Seriously, I am going to report them to the police or whoever can do anything about it. Absolute total and utter bollocks. Do not ever shop there. Never ever ever. They just won't leave me alone. It's been like a 2 year ordeal that seems to be firing up again. Jesus wept.
