Kordia - The ekg gadget not working

Unable to get a tracing I had episodes of Bradycardia and tachycardia and I have been recording often on until about a week or two ago and when it stopped working. Please advise if I should send a device to your office what does any other way to remedy the problem on the phone. Thank you
