Uber - Poor service

After 2 months, my issue has not been addressed. No one from Uber has gotten back to me. Nothing has been resolved. There is no ability to contact Uber directly. JC

User's recommendation: Careful, when Uber makes a mistake there is no recourse.

I missed my flight because of uber

Hello, I arranged on the night before to have Uber pick me up at 8:20 am September 1, 2021 to take me to the airport in Abbotsford. They never showed up. I I called for a second Uber cab to pick me up at 8:32 am - the cab arrived at about 8:52 am. They then took me on a traffic congested route. This route was also a longer route that then brought me late for my flight out of Abbotsford. It is now September 29, 2021 and I have heard nothing from Uber. Please review, John Clunas

No you missed your flight because YOU didn't arrange reliable transportation.... Lesson learned.
