Navy Federal Credit Union - Poor customer care

If wish I could give zero stars!!! I left Wells Fargo after 20 years due to major change in the banking laws by congress and as a vet thought NFCU; however, they are not interested in customer service. I transferred $72k from WF to NFCU, applied for credit card and was denied for a 636 Equifax score. I checked my score days later and it was 740. I called and was told they used TransUnion but, that score was 748 with 11% credit usage and 12 long term active accounts. I requested a reconsideration, and without pulling a new report the IVORY TOWER denied it again, "prior decision final". The next rep said put in another request since the IVORY TOWER doesn't take phone calls! B.S., I'm moving to a different institution and would caution others. These guys SUCK! See what I mean...Auto-reply.
