Jaguar North Austin - Unsatisfactory Service
My vehicle 2017 Jaguar XE engine was overheating on Thursday the 9/16/2021. I called the Sewell dealer in Austin, TX for assistance. I was supposed to receive a loner vehicle on Friday due to my vehicle arriving after hours. I never received a loner vehicle even though I stressed that I needed a replacement vehicle. I never received a call about the status of my vehicle being worked on nor did I receive a call about a loner vehicle. It is now Monday and I will not be getting my vehicle back until tomrrow
User's recommendation: Company Needs Better Communication.
