Avast Software - Subscription problem

I originally purchased Avast over a couple of years ago and then had massive computer problems and lost the program. At that time I started sending emails and texts to Avast to tell them to cancel my current subscription. I never heard from your company to respond to my request and now Ive gotten a charge for a new subscription which I do not want. I tried calling and I am on hold for over 10 minutes. All I want is to cancel current and any further subscriptions at all. Also refund. All I was successful In was canceling the second year of a subscription but I want both years stopped ASAP and a confirmation sent of my request. Refund for current one year please.
