Coveroos a Joke

I was very excited to order a cover for my phone with my college logo on it as advertised so eloquently by the Coveroo crew. I placed my order, received an email stating I would receive my cover in 3 weeks. Hmmm, ok, a little slow, but I thought it worth the wait. Well three weeks came and went. I followed up with customer service to find out the status of my order. There is not a phone number to call, only an email address for contacting customer service. NOW I KNOW WHY?? The response from customer service asked me to verify the model phone I have, I chose one of the options provided. The next day, I received an email stating they could not complete my order, it was cancelled and my money refunded. WHAT??!!! I waited three weeks for nothing! I mean you didn't know after one week that you didn't have stock for my order? Fool me once...shame on you....fool me twice.....I don't think so. Buyer beware!!!
