Acima Credit - Employee refused to let me speak to a supervisor.

I got a chain for my boyfriend at the time a few months ago, they started taking money out of his account recently when they do NOT have permission to do so. I called asked to speak to a supervisor, ms. Erica absolutely refused to let me speak to a supervisor. I asked about 10 times, she went on to ask well what do you need to speak to a supervisor for? Then went on to still refuse me to speak to anyone.
