Verizon - Unethical Practices

CS does not explain consequences of making payment arrangements to pay for equipment. I had a large equipment balance-my kids stole phones from me left w/$1300 balance to pay. Made payment arrangements and was making payments every 2 weeks and kept on schedule. After after 4 months, they demand full payment of balance w/no warning. Won't allow arrangements, then hang up on you several times. You O ND

User's recommendation: DO NOT DO BUSINESS W/VERIZON.

Preferred solution
apology & poor customer service and no explanation given at anytime that large balance would be due suddenly.Rude Financial Services Dept that hangs up on you several time. When my contract is over,I will be leaving Verizon, if not sooner.
