Tarkett - Defective vinyl floor

I bought click vinyl floor ultimate luxuary and after 6 month assemble popped up everywhere and tarketr technician very promply said that was a defective assemble because there was no space for floor dilatation, of course it is amazing the x ray of that lad, because i saw the evolution of the work and the recommended 3 mm were guaranteed. This is the worse floor i ever saw. Probably the chimical formula for Portugal is not the correct one.

Remove and replace the floor including all preliminary and complementary works needed for a perfect finishing.
