Viasat - Poor quality of service- misleading sales

After being a loyal AT&;;;;;;;;;;;;;;T customer for 14 years, their salesman convinced me to sign up for ViaSat home satellite service saying it would provide unlimited data and faster than my HughesNet service. As such, on 9/3/21 I had it installed only to find that it was slower and the data basically shut down at 86 gig 10 days later.

On 9/16 I called in to complain and later requested termination for misleading sales representation. The clerk told me that I would have to pay $345 to terminate plus climb onto my roof to take the dish down for return. I explained that I am 63 and unable to climb onto roofs, that"s why they sent an installer. His response was that wasn"t his problem and I could sign up for a better plan Further, I had paid $107.14 already and the data slowed the day of autopayment.

The clerk stated that the $345 would be automatically charged to my credit card. I feel that this is an unfair fee for poor quality service and poor customer serviSs
