Verizon - Customer Service/Billing

After much receiving the run around after countless hours on the phone trying to obtain a shared data plan, we decided to go with another carrier. Verizon billed us for the upcoming month. We were shocked but Verizon would do nothing about it. We paid for a service we never received.

User's recommendation: Beware if you ever leave Verizon because they will bill you for the upcoming month.
