Avasflowers - Worst Floral Experience Ever

My daughter had a baby on Saturday, 9/11. As soon as she was admitted to the hospital, I went online and ordered a couple of bouquets for same day delivery. One bouquet was delivered the following day, but the second bouquet with the additional Its a Boy Mylar balloons were missing. I contacted the local florist and was advised they only received the one order. It took Avas until Thursday, 9/16 to deliver a second order (this was after many attempts to actually get a customer service rep on the phone and multiple reps lied to me, telling me the flowers were on the way when they didnt even have anyone working on them) her and the baby left the hospital on Monday, and what she got was nothing close to what I ordered. I ordered a teddy bear holding a vase of roses with two balloons that said Baby and Its a Boy. What she received was a box of red roses no vase, no balloons, no teddy bear nothing but a box of roses and they were not even pretty roses as they already had dark spots on some of them. Very disappointed and will never again order anything from Avas.

User's recommendation: Save yourself the hassle and use a different florist.
