USAA - They have completely dropped any semblance of customer service
USAA used to be among the best in customer service. Then, maybe 20 years ago they must have fired most of the customer service employees and bought some of those telephone tag machines leaving you without any ability to talk even if you are able to wait up to two hours for a human voice. Recently I waited about 3 hours.
User's recommendation: Find an insurance company that will actually talk to you.
