Mous - HORRIBLE Company / Customer Service

I placed an order for a Mous iPhone case on 4/25/18. I received an email advising order would be processed. the address listed on confirmation email was correct. Same day I receive a second email advising incorrect address and order could not be processed until I contacted them. The leading zero to my zip code had been removed. I contacted them and provided complete zip. I did not receive any contact from them. Next I sent and email requesting order be cancelled. I was asked for my paypal email so they could refund the $$. I didn't pay for the order with my paypal account!! Next I was told my $44.99 refund would be processed today (5/14/18). I sent email asking why my $62.00 sale price would be refunded with $44.99. No reply. No refund to my paypal account. No contact at all from this company. STAY AWAY!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR $$$$$
