I got disconnected.I don't know what happened! I really need to speak to Customer Service with my account details.

Speak to your *** if your an associate you should what to do. I agree it gets difficult to speak to a live person but this is with every institution.

Takes me 1/2 an hour to speak with a hydro's live agent. This is our reality, everything is automated.Is WFG bad for this?
