Checkr - Im stuck in a loop.

Checkr has emailed me and told me that I need to contact the company and ask them to resubmit the app with the correction. The issue is that the company already updated my app and told me to contact Checkr. There needs to be an easier way to communicate with both companies. I've been going through this back and forth for over a month.

Doordash said they changed me from Driver to non driver and contact Checkr. Checkr said contact Doordash to change the status. I called Doordash back and they said they changed the status and to contact Checkr, I just want my app rechecked as a nondriver.
