Amazon - Terrible and inconsistent customer service

Refund gone bad. - I have been trying to get an approved refund resolved for two weeks now. Ive talked to customer service a minimum of four times, half an hour each phone call. No one seems to know what the problem is. The system is broken and Im sick of dealing with Amazon. When they finally did give me a refund after I provided information they should have already had, There wasnt even a full refund. I was promised things that they did not deliver on. I am so frustrated and annoyed that Amazon has left a terrible taste in my mouth and I just really would like to not deal with him in the future

Amazon - Refund process is a joke

I returned an item that did not work, got approval to return from the seller, returned it to the address provided to me by Amazon, followed all directions and have had nothing but problems for two weeks trying to get this refund. It seems Amazon does not have any kind...
