Best Buy - Very poor support on resetting my password

I have contacted your online support and called customer service which both promised to email me a code to reset my password. After 4 days of trying to resolve this problem I have come to the conclusion that it is not worth the frustration to have an account with you or a credit card. I can't order anything on line unless I sign in. Every time I go to sign in it says that I will be emailed a verification code which I never get. Your customer service or online support tell that they will take care of it and never do. If I buy a product from you why should I believe that your tech department is any better than online support.

If you're not smart enough to shop online then I suggest taking your entitled attitude to the store. No password needed.
