ADP - Issue with my pay statement

I have a problem with two of my payments, my problem is that I wrongly entered my data when entering my account number and routing number. Apparently the application detects that the deposit did not enter my bank account and the next day of payment it sends me to collect it by check, however those checks I have not received.
