Customer service rep hung up on me while I am locked out of my house in 90 degree heat with me child. Unprofessional and unacceptable. User's recommendation: Don’t use Uber

I hoped the CSR would do what the next CSR did when I called back: get a translator to speak to the driver so we could find a solution. The second CSR was quite polite and helpful, resolving the issue by having the drunk Uber driver have his brother take my keys to the local police station for pickup.

I am not asking for miracles, just a CSR who cares and is capable of finding creative solutions to difficult problems.

I worked as a CSR myself during college and absolutely never hung up on a client, even if they cursed me out, which, by the way, I did not do. A stern tone to an apathetic representative never warrants a hang up.
