Verizon Wireless - Misleading customer

Verizon charged me with insurance without my consent. When I sign up with Verizon the customer rep ask me if I want to get insurance for my phone I said no but afterwards a friend told me that I have insurance I checked my bill and I found out that I am paying $15 for insurance that I have no knowledge about I have my phone and my wifes phone so $30 for over 12 months that I am paying without my consent. After that I try to used the insurance but because it was not working properly but I have to pay $200 for replacement. I want my money back

User's recommendation: Check your bill if you sign up with Verizon.
