I spent thirty years with AT&T and received almost perfect service. The company moved out of the area and I signed up with Verizon as my new carrier. I have received TERRIBLE service. I reported my dr

tI signed up with Verizon and received TERRIBLE service. I had drop calls in the middle of very important calls. I report my problems several times and the problem continues, and I continue to receive a big bill for little or no service. I did not know that a company like Verizon would treat a customer like how I was treated. The service I received was minus zero. Icannot recommend Verizon to anyone.

User's recommendation: Do not if possible use Verizon as a carrier.

Preferred solution
When there is a new costumer, and there are problems send professionals to resolve the problem. Many customers are not technology- literate. They need help in setting up phones and other equiptment when they are bought from you.
