AXS - Didnt recieve customer support
Did not recieve adviretised ticketing package. Attempted to contact via email and phone and did not get a response. They were unorganized, staff was rude, and completely ruined my experience of the event. I would not reccomend purchasing more than just a basic ticket. They didnt even have the VIP information list to be able to provide me my services.

User's recommendation: Not to purchase through this company.

Dick Hannah Subaru - Not worthy customer

I purchased two subarus from dickhannah 8 months ago and had the best service. It seems though since they have took my money I dont matter as a customer there. For starters one of my wheels cracked, I took my car in for a 12,000 mile service and it went unnoticed. Weird how that works when my tire pressure was significantly lower then the other ones. And that wasn't even noted on the check. How does something like this get missed when I just had a service. I had to get new wheels not even a week later. Then to be told that wheels are not covered under warranty. So I will never return to dickhannah for any service. Then I refinanced my car and brought paperwork in to get a refund on my gap insurance where I sat and waited for 45 minutes because no one was in the office yet although the dealership was already open. I have yet to receive my refund and called to find out where it was, I was told that someone would call me back and they never did. I called to be told corporate handles that and at the dealership they dont even have a record on hand showing i was even there because all documents get sent to corporate. So now I dont even know if corporate got them. When I brought paperwork in I was told it would be 4 weeks to process, when I called now I'm told it can take up to 6 weeks. I asked to talk to a manager and was transferred to the receptionist who at first told me she was a manager. I love my subaru but I will never buy one again if it means having to buy from dickhannah.
