CCS Medical - Upset about ineffieciency

My order had been placed and when I went into the portal, it said that there were no orders pending. However, since I had not received my order, I knew one had to be pending. I got a message from CCS asking me to call them back since they had a question!!! They did not tell me what the question was. Only had me call back to be on hold for 30 minutes. When I called back, the one question was, "When was your last Dr appointment?" Couldn't they have told me what the question was when they called on the phone? Inefficient. Like most companies these days. The question was "when was your last Dr appointment?"

No, they cannot leave any specific information on your voicemail other than who they are and to please call them back. The most specific thing they can say is it is regarding your medical supplies.
