To get service (home visit) from verizon for an existing ticket

I have been dealing with 'no dial tone' on our home land line phone since Monday Sept 6. Mainly worked with 3 live chat agents all very professional last 3 days and every session ended (time out??) in the middle of session without any resolution. I want to schedule a site technician who can track and solve the issue otherwise may have to cancel the contract for the line.
