Home Depot Canada - Poor Customer Support Following Large Purchase

Still on hold. Bonus - sms texting with a bot, transferred into different queue...

still waiting - at least no hold music, BUT still texting with a bot waiting for *something* to happen... hopefully we make contact during working hours, otherwise we may have to repeat the process again tomorrow.

Purchased LG Washtower. Delivered by Canada Cartage. Warranty required delivery staff to hook up unit. Told we didnt have correct hose kit. Delivery team left with old washer and dryer, told us to contact store didn't wait fo us to get correct hose kit (20 mins). Have contacted store, they suggested we contact customer service. On hold last night. On hold again this morning +5hours WTF.

User's recommendation: Don't buy from home depot - not support if something goes wrong. You'll be waiting days or on hold for hours....
