Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Viasat when contacted AGAIN I finally I got a customer service representative who listened and actually helped me to resolve this issue.She was able to get the early termination fee waived and was very helpful in every way.I still had to pay $108 for this last month that I never used and had already became a Mediacom customer.The customer service rep I talked with a month ago never cancelled my account like she said she was doing at that time..
Still not real happy that I had to pay $108 for this last month of service that I never used and was supposed to be canceled a month ago, but it's better than paying the $300 early termination fee.
