Verizon - Spent $400 on a hot spot and additional $150 month and it don't work

Now I can't even get a freaking VZW person on the phone, I have a broken back and can't go to a store. ANSWER THE GAWD DAMMED PHONE

User's recommendation: Seriously consider somebody else. I have been with them since 1993 and after covid, their customer service has become abysmal.
