Verizon - Cant talk to a live person, local office is closed

Looks like Verizon is using Covid-19 as an excuse to keep stores closed and when you try to reach a customer service representative you are put on hold indefinitely or if not put on hold you are repeatedly given menu options that send you in circles . Verizon is obviously not wanting to hire people to talk to you and using automated systems to save money

Preferred solution: Either good customer service (not with a robot) and ability to directly solve my communication problems or phone problems or internet problems with a live Agent.

User's recommendation: Dont do business with Verizon
