Magicjack - Account suspension

I noticed a withdrawal from my bank account that was unauthorized from MJ & I called to find out why this withdrawal was made. The REP would not tell me why & I formed her I would notify my bank of possible fraud, which I did, funds were with held. As a result, my account was suspended because AUTOPAY was used without notice or authorization by me. MJ wanted to give me a 1yr plan I did not ask for & would not allow me to buy a plan of my choosing. Even though my account was not in arrears, MJ sent an email demanding $25.00 reinstatement fee, as I had about a month left before expiration, now, about 4days. I talked to 2 REPs for about an hour and a half to resolve the issue & not resolved. The 2nd REP gave me a email address for billing to resolve, wrote, & have not heard back.

Parkway Parking - Do not use

4/30/2018, I paid in advance to use their location in MIAMI,FL $65.91. About a week before I was to arrive, I received an email that I was being sent to another company, because their garage was under construction for some unknown reason, Called "WE PARK it". Arriving at the new site, waited in line to enter for well over an hour.The attendant informed me that I needed to go to another WE PARK garage. Other drivers were in line were routed there also. Parked on 3rd floor had to carry all luggage to the street, no shuttle service which I paid for at the original company. Found out AVIS was being used to shuttle. When arriving back to Miami pier A, none of the porters ever heard of WE PARK, so I took a cab to the garage for $31. Total cost $96.91 to park, arriving, no attendant on duty, a janitor had to open gate so I could leave garage. ParkWay parking replied to my other complaint saying it was quite clear there was no shuttle which was a lie, they offered shuttle service for my reservation, but took it upon their self to send me & others to a different location. I would never accept that if I was told so. The emails sent by them did not specify this & should have offered a refund if they could not provide service paid for originally. Main office is in Tampa,FL. Absolutely disgusting, will never use them again.I will contact BBB also. If this is the best they can do, not good enough !! No phone # to call or instructions to contact for trip back to garage. Can't wait to hear ParkWay Parkings next reply. Probably another LIE.

Harbor Freight Tools - Non delivery of catalogs

I thought the issue was resolved when HF sent a catalog, a first in years. Have not received a catalog since. Time for intervention with the Federal Trade Commission for false & also misleading advertisements & I intend to do just that. NO MORE FINE PRINT, mean what you say or say what you mean, period. Maybe a class action from all of past & present customers would possibly wake them up, but they are so ignorant, I doubt it. This has to stem back to corporate because the sales associates have to go on corporate say, There are so many nice associates that work in these stores, but they don't last long, seems like a very huge turnover.

So far, no more. Looks like it was not resolved after all, maybe I should file a false advertisement suit.

Tophatter - Bidding

twice, I have bid on articles and won the bids, only to find out several days later my bids were cancelled. I contacted Tophatter to ask why my bids were cancelled since I was the one who did not cancel. Their reply to me was that they ran out of stock. Really !!!! I then replied back and asked them why sellers put items up for bid if they did not have the item (s) on stock. My contention is also this, when a bid is low, they reject the bid with this excuse. I have also noticed there were other bids lower than mine were won, did they go through the same process as I ? Although, money was refunded, Tophatter should not allow this practice !!! I also informed Tophatter I would contact pissed consumer.

Royal Caribbean - Lost luggage

a garment bag was not with the rest of my luggage, did not see it in the area where it was supposed to be. On a cruise the week of March 18, 2018, luggage was to be placed in the disembarking area & was not found there. Upon several attempts to receive help from the appropriate staff, I was not given any replies to repeated emails sent. To this day, have not heard from RCI. All they care about is your wallet & what's in it !!!! Their tipping is way to high & charge for everything which, in my estimation, should be included in the price like other cruise lines. Their tipping schedule is way out of line in comparison to other cruise lines. I iterated to them that tipping will not be deducted from my credit card until cost of the luggage & contents are covered. I also said I was willing to pay for the shipping of my luggage.
