Epson - Piece of junk!
After replacing the black ink cartridge on my Workforce 4730 printer, I immediately got an error message saying there is a scanner error and to restart the unit. That didnt help. Also unplugged it a few times at the direction of the customer service rep. Nothing helped. I was then told that it is a hardware failure and since it was past the 12 month warranty period all they could offer was a 25% discount on a replacement. Let's see. I spent a few hundred dollars on a piece of junk that had not even printed 300 pages, so now I could buy another piece of junk at a discount? Not only are their printers junk. Their customer service is horrible! PLEASE DO NOT BUY AN EPSON PRODUCT h warranry.

- Company refuses to help or solve issues with products
- Customer service treats people like they are idiots
Replace this printer at no cost to me or issue a full redund.
