I received an email from shoes.com on 9/7/21 shortly after leaving this review promising to 'look into it". Nothing since. I will lower rating to 1 star.

Refund of ALL restocking fees and compensation for the 2 1/2 hours I spent on hold waiting for a representative. it took 6 calls to get half the money back these people owed me.

Their web site says they currently cannot do exchanges but if you contact them with the new order number they will gladly waive the $8.50 restocking fee. That's not happening. They owed me $$17.00 from 2 exchanges. After a half dozen calls, average hold time per call...

Refund of ALL the restocking fees! And, I can never get the time I spent on hold back. Almost 3 hours total.
