Accor - Complaint about room

I sayed in your Bristol hotel on the 4th September the room we stayed in was fine size wise the noise that we heard all night was dreadful could not sleep as you would think someone was drilling every 15 mins which made our stay very unpleasent as this was for a anniversary and a break from work in the nhs i thought the 2 rooms cost me £368 for a couple of hours sleep which i think should have been refunded there and them for the room we stayed in flying home next day you could not complain at 2 in morning i also videoed the sound receptionist had no answer to give she was not where noise was coming from please could you reply to me as soon as possible with this out come thank you
