Ge Appliances - Unreliable

Asked how can I be refunded, rep said,hold on. Switch to ge consumer affair, waiting time given 1 hr, could not believe, stayed on the phone for half an hour and cut off my phone.

On 8/16/2021 I ordered a ge left burner surface valve, using my credit card, spoke with a sale rep, who acknowledge the item in stocks and will received it in 5-7 days. I called on several occasion and each operators keep sending my call to different departments. I was told at first, it is waiting for pick up by a courier, next call, it is in stock does not understand why you did not receive it yet, next it still not moved, next I will put you on to the warehouse, after waiting for half an hour phone cut off. Called today September 3, was told it did not get process yet.
