Aspen Dental - Subquality work and not willing to make an adjustment within a reasonable period of time.

I had a crown prep done and once the numbness wore off I tried to bite, but could only make contact with the temporary crown and the opposing tooth. The assistant had told me to call if I had a problem, and they would get me right in. I called the office for an adjustment and was put on a lengthy hold. The receptionist was annoyed by my call. She told me that she could squeeze me in 1 1/2 weeks from today. I told her that I was unable to chew and that it was a 5 min. adjustment, but she said that she had 1 Dr.

User's recommendation: Do not use Aspen Dental.

The worst dental experience ever!

@Nakima Tfs

They got your money the first time. Why would crooks like this want to see you because they made a temporary that was too high? Prediction: The permanent crown will be too high, and probably break in a short time.
