Etsy - Fraudulent charges

Fraudulent charges over $1300! Apparently the fraud department only communicates via email. 2-5 business to respond. What am I supposed to do to pay bills and buy food for those 2-5 business?! Very disappointed, I would have expected my account would be secure through Etsy.com.

User's recommendation: Do not save your credit card on Etsy….
