Etsy - Problem with order

I ordered a stove pipe flue cover. It came with no attachment on back to attach to the flue pipe. Someone has taken the prong springs off of the back and attached a cheap little fastener to hang it on the wall. Also the flue cover is bent at the bottom. I paid $ 44.00 for this cover and it has no way to fasten it onto my stove flue pipe. I am not happy at all. This is my first order at Esty and Im not thrilled. Diana Hart Defiance, Mo

User's recommendation: Stop selling stuff that doesn’t work. And is bent.
