I still have not got a response yet
My shoes got destroyed and now they're not doing anything about it. Customer service is very unhelpful for the most part, and I feel like I'm getting a runaround.
However, I have had a couple of customer service reps who were really helpful, but I'm still not getting answers to my issue. It's very frustrating.

- Careless about luggage and baggage

Bad customer service and communication back and forth

I play games to pass levels at the level, and I was able to redeem a reward, but once I was able to, I never received my reward.

They have not even reached out or got in contact with me at all
Despite direct unlock reading my review they still have not responded or reached out to me
I talked to them several times in a security guaranteed me that my phone will be unlocked after I kept paying money for different steps the final result was they kept all my money never refunded me my phone never got turned unlocked

This whole situation has been a nightmares since the day they stole my phone they have not tried to reach out to me not one time no one in higher position like in corporate have email me or call me their harbor always around the board I thought it was a great company but that's not true I will keep you guys updated more than what they are doing to keep me updated
I put my phone in the machine to get evaluated for a price check, but by the time the evaluation was over, I never got my phone back. On top of that, they don't return phone calls or emails. They act like they're not concerned about this situation. Can you imagine how angry I was to walk away without my phone or money, for no reason at all?
I don't know what happened, but I don't know if I can go through that again with this company. They should want to communicate with me more, just because of what they did to me and what they're doing to me. I've waited two months for them to find my phone so they can return it, but they want me to accept a small amount of money that they're trying to offer. I want my phone back.
I am so angry at them right now, like literally. They should want to do better, especially after the unfair treatment they gave me.

User's recommendation: I really don't know I thought it was 100% legit but what I went through I don't know if I can trust that device no more or the kiosk I wouldn't recommend you using it it's on you at your own risk that's the only thing I can tell you I learned the valuable lesson that ecoATM do not care at all about their customers and I truly mean that they have not tried to reach out to me not one single time or truly apologize or truly said could we send you a gift card or something for our mistake they act like
