No No Hair Removal - Faulty equipment

Purchased no no micro hair removal system on line. Received yesterday. Fully charged. When the large micro head is inserted the light remains green but when the small one is inserted the red light continues to flash. I have tried reinstalling several times. I contacted customer support but did not want to subscribe to their technical team for a charge of £5 as this is a new product
