***WARNING HORRIBLE!!! WE HAVE BEEN ORDERING FROM HERE FOR YEARS. THEN ON10/6/2018, I ORDERED FROM THE COMBO PLATTER SWEET - N SOUR CHICKEN AND A GENERAL TSO. IT TOOK AN HOUR TO ARRIVE FROM DOWN THE STREET. THEN WE GOT A CALL AND WAS TOLD THE DRIVER WAS OUTSIDE. I THEN HAD TO GO OUT TO THE STREET AND LOOK FOR THE DRIVER FOR A FEW MINUTES AND FINALLY I WENT BACK INSIDE AND THEN BACK OUT AGAIN WHERE I FINALLY APPROACHED A CAR TO FIND IT WAS THE DELIVERY PERSON INSIDE. THE FOOD PORTIONS WERE NOW SMALLER AND MY SWEET AND SOUR WAS NIETHER SWEET OR SOUR, IT WAS BLAND, RUNNY AND VERY SMALL IN PORTION.THANK GOD,BUT "NO" PINEAPPLE CHUNKS OR CARROTS WERE IN THE SAUCE AS IT SHOULD BE. THERE WASNT ENOUGH SAUCE TO EVEN COVER THE CHICKEN. THE PORTIONS WERE SMALLER. I HAD THE SOUR SOUP AND FOUND CHUNKS OF JELLO ALIEN LIKE SUBSTANCES IN IT. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND WAS LAUGHED AT. I WAS TOLD THAT "DRIVERS GET CONFUSED" AND THAT "WE ARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT SO NO MORE PINEAPPLE CHUNKS OR CARROTS!" "WE ONLY USE THE JUICE." I EXPLAINED THAT PARKING ACCROSS THE STREET NEXT TO ANOTHER APT. IS NOT DELIVERY OR AT LEAST LOOK UP FROM YOUR PHONE AND SIGNAL THE CUSTOMER THAT ITS YOU. THEN A RETURNED CALL FROM A LADY PROVED USELESS.SHE TOLD ME TO "YOU GIVE FOOD BAK,I GIVE MONEY BAK." THIS IS A NASTY PLACE TO EAT. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Sad

Nope. The cost of the meal + lousy takeout + tip + Disrespect of "You Give Food Back" + lousy meal+ The time to Call to complain.

Yeah come to think of it $150.00 is better. The bad review toward a *** careless rip off resteraunt that treats a long time patron as if they are an idiot to believe anything = PRICELESS.

*** WARNING* From a victim of Lorenzo Fords bait and switch marketing tactics concerning a work van. Lorenzo Ford posted a pic and details of a nice work van.Upon phone inquiry I was assured several times of a certain price. I was invited to come by and purchase the vehicle. Upon arrival I had to ask for a certain person which I did and after a lengthy wait in a dingy lobby where you can almost expect to see *** fights, I was then met with a salesman who then asked a line of salesmen who wants to show the van out back? They sheepishly looked at each other and then one said, "I will". We then went to the very back where an old run down van was located. Nothing about the van was as listed and every detail in ad was incorrect including the picture. Then after being assured several times of one price 500.00 the final price went from a pre- discussed, determined and promised of $500.00 to overwhelming increase to $3,000!! And all the while he was saying "Don't worry I got you"! I was fed a fake ad and reeled in by dishonest means and with Lorenzo's only sole intention was to commit an act of Fraud upon me. Shady atmosphere, Terrible and fragrantly unlawful, dishonest scam shop. I left without a vehicle and have since been told by Lorenzo that I just didn't understand the price and that a dollar $1 is 2,000 dollars in vehicle pricing. They weren't even interested in any other facts of fraud and abuse.Thats because its not unheard of at Lorenzo and therefore not a surprise. But that it was my own fault.SadSad

Call was made and Still No accountability at Corporate as well. Where there is no accountability above there will be none below which explains a lot.

Also this ads insult to consumer injury. Very rude,manipulative, and misleading when called at corporate.
