I work in marketing and we both know the "celebs" and others, you send the product free to their stylists, and pay for influence engagement. So of course positive feedback from them.

Just stop with the garbage. A brand is only as good as the intergirity of the product, and the consistency of the product performance. Its apparent you've changed vendors or are using multi vendors for the hair, of which may have come at a cheaper cost to boost your bottom line, but at an even bigger cost in loosing potential dedicated return buyers and new acquisition. Listen to customers.

Honor your products. Choose quality over sales quantity and it will sell itself 10 fold.
