Aspen Dental - Complaint and refund

On Apil 20th 21 I went in Aspen Dental.to get a simple cleaning.and a felling my tongue is still nume.can you help me?.also my partials was messed up.on 8/31/21 he said he had done the best he can.

In April on the 20th I had the worst experience ever .when I went In in May of this year.i had a cleaning and a felling.the technician that preformed the services.gave me 5 shots to nume my mouth.two at the top two at the bottom.one in my tongue.now that issue.
