Suddenlink - Interruption of service

The local water company accidentally cut the Suddenlink line on or about April18 I promptly called Suddenlink to let them know and was told they set up a service call a week later the service tech came out confirmed the line was cut and I was told a work order was lined up to fix it. In May I called back another service tech came a left same answer, same results, June same thing, July same thing, and in August a different service tech came said that they were going to finally fix it the following week. Its now Sept and Suddenlink is still billing me for service and rent on equipment

User's recommendation: DO NOT GET SUDDENLINK!!!
